I can swim 50 meters independently.
I am in good health.
I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
I participate in The Shore lessons at my own risk.
I inform the instructors of any relevant medical information (asthma, epilepsy, injuries, etc.)
When I enter my email address I want to receive the newsletter from The Shore and stay informed of all kinds of cools.

All surf instructors at The Shore have a valid lifeguard diploma and an ISA surf instructor diploma
